Today we did Science to plan our simple machines and ideal ecosystems. Also we did English where we learned about new types of characters and we read two chapters of The Wild Robot Escapes. During math we did division with repeated subtraction.

Hey everyone, 

Today we did science where we made a plan to create an ecosystem for our endangered animal and also a simple machine to stop the threats to the animal. During PE we used basketballs to practice dribbling the ball. Also, we did math and we did division with equal groups.

Wednesday, April 14
Hello everyone, 

Today we did Math where we did division and equal groups with tables. Also, we did Social Studies where we watched stories and tales from our communities, then we added another page on our websites for the stories. Today during PE we practiced dribbling basketballs outside.

Hello and hey to all parents, 

Today we did Science to make our animal's ecosystems and also we started to build our ecosystems. We also did DPA  - during DPA we played with basketballs and got to choose what to do with the basketballs. Also we did Drama with small groups.

Reminders - Bring your books!! Tomorrow is early dismissal. The sharers tomorrow are Ava and Cole!

Dear parents, 

Today we did our Science projects and we built simple machines and ideal ecosystems. Also for English today we read The Wild Robot Escapes where we read up until Chapter 24. We also had a presentation from Cole who shared a photo of his dog, Mahina.

Monday, November 23 Dear parents,  This morning we did Music where we played "fast or slow" while listening to music, then after we did some writing. We also did writing (with letter formation) and typing on Typing Club - we had two groups and changed activities. Agenda - Week of October 26-29, 2020

Monday, October 26 Hello parents, This afternoon we did PE with Sierra and Sarah as trainers. They taught "Ninja." We played an expression game. During the morning, we did French where we played "Mystery Word," and Music where we played with our music packs, we had a test, and we did some patterns. During English we talked about reconciliation. Reminders - This Thursday we have our Pumpkin Patch. Tomorrow is our coulee visit. There is no school this Friday! This afternoon we went to the Coulee! Grade 4s took photos to observe the Coulee using a list of things to look for.  Grade 3s also used the iPads to take photos, and they collected soil samples from different places. Agenda - Week of November 2-6, 2020

Monday, November 2 Hey everyone, Today we did a Zoom with The Royal Tyrrell Museum! We observed fossils and saw photos of animals (like crocodiles). We also saw a huge fossil of a pig that was big like a rhinoceros, and a skull of a huge crocodile. For math we spoke about Tens Estimation and how to make 10. During PE we played "Bouge si" and "Pizza." During French we spoke about Remembrance Day and everyone created poppies and leaves with our hands, then we wrote about why we wear poppies. We also changed our seats :) Some reminders - Next Wednesday, November 11th, is Remembrance Day so there will not be school.
